Home remedies to tackle hair problems

Hair can transform our appearance to a great extent. It can be twisted and rolled, curled and straightened, colored and can make various styles to keep up with the changing fashion trends. But we need to take a great care of hair to keep them healthy. While the right dress, makeup and accessories will boost our look, everything can fall flat if we have bad hair.
Instead of blindly going for a treatment or mask for dry hair or oily hair, we need to identify the exact problem. Is it dandruff, frizzy hair, damaged hair, dull hair or uncontrolled hair fall? Then, find a solution. While we can head to the umpteen salons in the city, a much easier and cost-effective way is to use stuff available at home. The good old remedies of grandma such as hair masks prepared from kitchen items such as fruits, yogurt, honey, olive oil, have always proven to be the best solutions.
DAILY CARE
Regular care is more effective than one-time treatments. Have hot oil therapy once a week. Brush the hair to get rid of impurities. Heat sesame seed oil or olive oil and apply on the hair. If the hair is dry and damaged, pure coconut oil or pure almond oil may be applied. Using your finger tips, massage the scalp gently in small rotating movements. This helps improve blood circulation to the follicles, boosting hair growth. Follow it up with a hot towel wrap. Hot towel wrap is real good for hair.
