Back into action after a lazy painful week. I suffered from much much muscular pain in back this week. Feeling better now and since it is Sunday night and Bloody Khooni Monday is arriving fast, I have to stock up my energy, feel strong and plunge ahead for a full hectic week!!
Today, my review is about a beautiful foot cream from Oriflame which I like much but I think that this is discontinued and now they have a new similar one. But anyways, packaging are almost similar and may be the qualities too.
What Oriflame says about this foot cream –
Rich yet non greasy cream which is quickly absorbed by dry skin on the feet. Contains Carbamide and Camomile extract to softer rough, dry skin.
Application –
Apply daily in morning or at night after a bath or shower and massage for 3-5 months.
Price –
Rs. 150 for 75ml (the price when I got it, almost 4 years back!!)
Ingredients –
My take on Oriflame Soothing Foot Cream –
First thing – it is really soothing. This cream takes care of your feet just perfectly. I apply it in night normally and massage it for 2-3 minutes as it doesn’t get absorbed easily. It makes a fine film over the feet and protects them. I wear socks after that and if it’s summer season, I just let it be there as it is for at least 5 more minutes or it will be everywhere on the floor. It is a rich cream and is somewhat sticky instantly after application. after sometime, it gets absorbed properly and you are ready to hit the floor ๐
But I feel, night time is the best time for this cream to work on our dry, dehydrated feet. This cream instantly softens my feet and moisturizes them very well and hydrates them properly. I feel that this cream will not be of much use if your feet are severely cracked and rough as it is not that moisturizing. But for everyday use and some minor dryness or roughness, this works wonders. You won’t feel the need of ever changing it. And if you use this regularly, then you will never face those severely dry cracked heels. Isn’t it good enough a reason to get this?
Pros –
- Fulfills its claims. It is soothing.
- Instantly softens and smoothens feet.
- Provides good moisturization and hydration.
- Using this foot cream will never lead to severely cracked heels and hence your feet will be protected.
- Not an expensive one and then, you mostly get good discounts on Oriflame products.
- Lasts long so quantity is justified.
- Smell is not overpowering.
- Travel friendly.
Cons –
- Availability is a big issue for Oriflame products.
- Doesn’t do much for severely cracked heels.
- You can’t walk barefoot instantly after applying this cream as it becomes sticky.
Overall Rating –
4/5
I love this foot cream and would get whatever variant is available from oriflame as I feel Oriflame has a nice range of skin care products. I have used their lotions and creams and I have found all of them to be very good.
I too have used a foot cream from oriflame some 3 years back…was good, gel based and awesome to smell..

I agree that if we use the product when our feet have only small dry patches that is the best time… if they become overwhelmingly cracked… it would need more help:)
A nice review!
I've never tried this one before…it sounds like it would work wonders on my feet. I prefer to apply my foot cream at night also as applying during the day makes my feet slip around in my shoes. Lovely review!

this looks good.. nice review dear ๐
I recently found another foot cream that I like. I can't remember what it's called now, but it will take me many many months before I use it up. ๐ Despite my attempts I don't take much care of my feet in winter…
