I love online shopping and have reviewed many such websites, where I had a great experience. Today I am here with few Indian online shopping websites with whom I had worst shopping experience and I would never ever recommend these to anyone.
1. Tradus –
Not just once but I have heard about bad quality products sold by tradus.com. And yes one I ordered an eyeliner from this website and it was a fake one and while I got to know about this fact and informed same to the customer care, no action was taken by them. All in all bad quality clothing and fake cosmetics puts this website in my blacklist for sure.
2. Faballey –
Undoubtedly faballey offers great clothing and adorable designs at very reasonable prices. But when I placed an order with this website I faced some size issue so I wanted to exchange it but the customer care executive said that the product can’t be exchanged as it is no longer in sale. So they will return the money but that too on faballey account not in my bank account. Fine with me, as it was mentioned on the website that they will not refund in bank account but only in faballey account.
But it took more than a month for them to pick the product. And then I ordered again after almost 1.5 months, this time it was for my sis Ritcha and it took more than 3 weeks for the delivery. This time again I faced size issue so I had no option but to exchange the item.
While after talking to customer care executive I filed exchange, again it took more than one month to pick the item and 1 more month to get the new one.
So this website made me wait for almost 4-5 months to get the item and I had to buy it as my money was stuck. But after this terrible experience I am never going to shop from faballey.com, but from other websites like jabong, flipkart and myntra, which offer faballey clothing. Again, the problem is in quality too. This time, I shopped faballey merchandise from myntra.com. After a single wash, the top has become 2 sizes small. Very disappointed!!
4. Askmebazaar –
I shopped from askmebazaar at the time of Diwali. They had some offer going on and I ordered a 3 piece casserole set. I got confirmation mail too and some data was missing in that mail. Next day, I called up customer care and they said they don’t have any such order id. I asked them if I should but the item again, the girl asked me to wait for 7 working days and I will receive the item. May be their database are not updated. As expected, I never received the casseroles. I lose the item, askmebazaar.com loses me :).
5. 24*7fresh.in –
A new portal for online delivery of milk and some other products at your doorstep. Since, they provided a discount of 10% on whole month supply of milk, I found it quite profitable and purchased the deal online. The delivery started 5-6 days late as they were sorting themselves. First thing, they will never pick up customer care number. NEVER means NEVER. They don’t reply to your emails too and don’t respond on fb page. So, there is no way you can contact them. If you ask the person delivering milk to you to stop supply for 1 day, he will stop it completely and you have to got to supervisor to request for initiating the supply again. AND, the supervisor too, like the brand itself, won’t pick your calls. TIP : Call from some other number :).
Oh, but I will pay 10% extra for getting some services and not waste my precious time in calling you people. 1 litre still remaining.
There are others too which are too slow in delivering, in responding, sending half packages, sending duplicate items etc. etc., but lets finish it here only.
I feel better now 🙂
