My Experience with Bblunt Salon Secret Hair Color –
I have recently started colouring my hair, not because of trends or fashion but for covering greys :P. This is the 3rd brand I have tried for colouring my hair. I normally use Loreal. When I got bblunt hair color, the thing that attracted me most was the shine tonic :). I was really hoping for it to work wonders.
The application is really easy. I normally use glass bowls for coloring and not plastic or steel. One glass bowl, full tube of colourant and developer and shine tonic. Mix and you are ready to use it. Mix it well and apply on hair immediately. I did the 25gm wala. The brand has markings and instructions for root touch ups too, on tube themselves.
The colour is to be kept in hair for 30mins only and after that I emulsified it with little water for say, 5 mins and washed it off. Then, I used Wella Colour Shampoo and Conditioner to wash my hair. The results were quite good, all greys were covered perfectly.
And the best part – The shine tonic really made my hair soft and smooth to touch and much less frizzy. Normally, after colouring, the hair tend to become dry and frizzy but bblunt hair color took proper care of that concern.
The insructions leaflet is quite informative and the gloves provided with the pack are really helpful in protecting hands. I really like the packaging and colours of tubes, very soothing blues and whites, all colour coordinated.
I feel this is the only hair color I have used till now that makes hair shiny and smooth after coloring, due to that shine tonic. I quite like it. Plus it is very inexpensive, comes only for Rs. 199/- , no ammonia, no excessive hair fall, no allergies. It is quite a deal!!
