A review of my most favorite Hair Masque today!!
Hair problems are so common these days. Every other person is suffering from one or other hair problem. Using all the hair styling products and chemicals causes serious damage to hair. And it is not easy to go to salons every time you need to condition your hair. As I have already mentioned in my previous post where I have reviewed "L'oreal Paris Expert Absolut Repair Lipidium Shampoo", that how I got my hair chemically rebonded and than started using this range. This time, I am reviewing hair masque from same range.
When I got my hair rebonded/ chemically treated, no doubt they looked beautiful, but side effects were there too. My hair got seriously damaged and I was in need of a product which can repair all the damage without costing me big bucks. Once, I went for a cut and the hair stylist suggested me this range. Now, I am an ardent fan of Loreal Professional Absolut Repair and this hair masque is a favourite of mine. It contains lipids and helps cure dull, damaged, frizzy, limp and unmanageable hair.
So I started using this hair masque along with shampoo to see the difference. It is always recommended to use the shampoo and conditioner and masque of same brand, rather than trying all the products of different brands. Though I didn't get the conditioner, but only shampoo and masque and they suffice.
What the brand says:
- It deeply nourishes and repairs the devitalised hair fibre.
- The hair is fully restructured and becomes soft , shiny, stronger and easier to manage.
- It is an intensive fortifying treatment for dry and damaged hair.
- Adds volume, structure and strength to the hair.
Directions to use:
Apply l'oreal hair mask to the shampooed, towel-dry hair. Leave it for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly .
It comes in a pale tub plastic packaging. It is easy to have required amount of product without any extra effort. It is quite sturdy and travel friendly.
It is pale yellow in colour and is creamy, on a thicker side. Due to this, you don't need much quantity. One finger full is almost enough for my waist length very dry and curly hair. When I do deep conditioning, I take a little extra product.
Rs. 675/- for 196gm
My Views on L'oreal Professional Absolut Repair Lipidium Instant Reconstructing Masque For Damaged Hair :
I used to use Matrix before I got my hair rebonded and never had any complaint with Matrix shampoo and conditioner, in fact adored both. After rebonding I first started using Well SP shampoo, conditioner and hair mask, which were suggested by my hair stylist. But after finishing all the three bottles I thought of finding an equally good but cheaper substitute. My search ended with L'oreal professional range.
This shampoo and mask combination really helped my hair recovering from all the damage and bringing life and shine to my dull hair. It leaves a nice smell after wash and you will see instant softness from the very first wash. It is good to reduce the frizz and does keep it at bay, to a little extent. Of course, no shampoo or conditioner or masque can combat extreme frizziness and you need to take help of some other products for that. When it comes to hair fall, I did not notice any increase or decrease in my hair fall using this shampoo.
Well, hair fall and hair greying , in most cases, is either hereditary or due to stress. If you are under stress, no hair product or treatment can help you. So if you want to get those perfect volumnous and shining hair, start being happy :) And it doesn't cost anything ;) I know its tough sometimes, but then, I pray for you :*
