Inveda D Tan Scrub Review

 Inveda D Tan Scrub Review

Summers are here and one of the main problem we suffer from in summers is tanning. None of the sunscreen is effective enough to protect us completely from harmful rays of sun. There are many types of facials and skin treatment available to removing tanning but who has time to go out and get those expensive and time consuming treatments. Atleast I dont’t have as I prefer to spend time with my hubby and kids rather than going to salons and that’s why I prefer scrubs and face masks. So today I have my fingers on one such products, D Tan scrub by Inveda.

First Thing – I have always loved Inveda products.

I have tried their Cryo Mask recently and its amazing. Read full  review here.

Packaging and Texture:

Inveda D Tan Scrub Review

This scrub comes in an opaque brown sturdy plastic tub that has a golden screw open lid. The lid has a design on it and Inveda is mentioned in the middle. The packaging looks good, has Indian touch to it. There is a plastic cover in between lid and tub too. The tub is good quality and leak proof, travel friendly. Though, I don’t like tub packaging, due to obvious reasons.
It is white in colour, absolutely white. The scrub is thick and creamy and has fine granules. It spreads easily on face.

Aqua, Poly Beads, Stearic Acid, Sesamun Indicum (Cetostearyl Alcohal, Sesame Seed Oil & Cetereth 20),  Cetyl Alcohol, Glycerine, Isopropyl Myrisate, Dimethicone, Cera Alba, Sodium Sarcocinate, Tetanium Di Oxide, Ptessium Hydroxide, Imidzolidinyl Urea, Sodium Benzoate, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Ethylene Glycol Mono Stearate, Potassium Sorbate, Citus Limon (Lemon Peel) Extract, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Oil,  Di Sodium edta, Allantion, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf (Eucalyptus) Oil.

My Views on Inveda D Tan Face Scrub:

I received this scrub in winters and when I opened the jar, and used it for the 1st time, I came to know that it has cooling properties. I didn’t use it much then as neither did I have tanning then nor I liked that cooling sensation. But now that summers are in full swing, I have started using it and loving it.
It has goodness of Vitamin E, Anti-oxidants and Essential oils, peppermint oil, lemon peel, sesame seed oil, camphor oil, clove oil, eucalyptus oil etc – feels good na. It feels equally good when I use it and now we know from where all that cooling sensation comes. Yes. For summers, I will not go anywhere now. With so many good ingredients, absence of endless list of harsh chemicals plus no parabens, this can easily be your companion too this summers.
This D tan scrub works great for removing dead skin and cells, gives a refreshing feeling and leaves skin soft and supple. It exfoliates skin very well and works on whiteheads and blackheads too. Just avoid touch with eyes.
Coming to D tanning claim, it helps for sure. Please don’t expect miracles. I have used it 2-3 times after onset of summers and tanning and I have noticed a considerable difference. You won’t need much product. 1 finger-full is enough. And since I don’t share my products with anyone, I use them as I like, with fingers too :P. Thats the reason, I don’t like tub packaging. If it had been in a tube, it had been much better. Squeeze out desired quantity and done.
All in all, a good scrub from Inveda. Just scrub your face for 5 minutes and wash off and apply a light moisturizer and done. Go for it!!
