Only 10 mins back, I took up some 30 day abs workout challenge and now I am talking about food!! IRONY 🙂
But an excuse here. I am talking about healthy food options. I am talking about food that will keep my skin glowing while I workout for those 30 days….if I ever :P.
I will surely update you if I religiously do that 🙂

Sweet Potatoes
This superfood is rich in vitamin A and is packed with beta-carotene. It helps fights ageing and also fights off acne. The presence of vitamin C in sweet potatoes also helps in healing of acne while preventing it to occur again. It is also good for overall health.
Tomatoes

You can also mix walnuts in your salad or pasta or anything you like and enjoy healthy eating.
Kiwis
O lala la here is my favorite kiwi which I love to eat anytime and everytime. This little yummy fuzzy fruit is loaded with plenty of vitamin C and also has a high quantity of antioxidants. These help to prevent wrinkles, great for bones and teeth and help to keep your skin smooth and firm. Let me tell the best quality of this fruit which you never knew…. kiwis also prevent cancer and also many heart diseases. It’s the only fruit which really helps to fight cancer, so make it a habit of eating kiwis daily. If you consume kiwi on a daily basis chances of heart diseases and cancer are very low.
Yogurt
Yogurt is best for your posture, skin, nails, bones, and teeth. It is rich in vitamin C and has more calcium than fat free milk. For a healthy breakfast mix yogurt with salad or fruits or enjoy it with your meals.You can also order yogurt dishes online.
Spinach
This leafy green vegetable is packed with plenty of qualities. Being a rich source of Iron it is a boon for women. You can eat spinach in many forms like in curd, as vegetable, in sandwich or just sauté it for a quick, healthy side.
Strawberries
Strawberries help to bring a healthy radiance to the skin and also to whiten the teeth as they are rich in malic acid which is considered as a natural whitening agent. You can use the juicy red yummy fruit raw or by mashing strawberries and mixing it with honey, avocados or yoghurt or just blend it well with milk to make the delicious and healthy strawberry shake.
