Oh yeah!! Some Korean Stuff this time…finally I have been able to grab some…feeling so happy J
Etude House is a Korean brand which is famous for its makeup and skin care products. And since Koreans have such an amazing skin, I always wanted to get some of their genuine products, a serum, some moisturizer etc.
Today, I am reviewing Etude House Collagen Moistfull Facial Freshener, wow, what a name. It has collagen, it has moisture, it is a freshener…that sounds so good and tempting!!
Product Description –
Etude House Moistfull Collagen Facial Freshener is a light, alcohol-free toner that gently removes makeup residue, excess sebum, oil, grime, and any other pollutants that can build up on your skin over the course of a day. Etude House’s unique formula leaves your skin feeling revitalized while eliminating pore irritating residue that can lead to blemishes and break outs. Enhanced with Baobab Tree extracts and collagen.
How to Use –
After Essence application, dispense toner into cotton pad and gently swab face while avoiding contact with eyes and mouth. For best results follow up with essence, cream, or lotion application.
Moistfull Collagen Skincare Regimen –

My Experience with Etude House Facial Freshener –
It works as a good toner. It is very easy to use due to its texture, a liquid but slightly on thicker side, somewhat gel like only. But that makes it easy to use, hold and spread on the face. Since these products are so prized, you don’t have to worry about spilling all the time!!
A little quantity is required to cover up the whole face and hence, if you get the full version, it would go for longggg. The freshener gets absorbed into the skin quite fast and completely, leaving behind no residue at all but feels a bit sticky to me. The fragrance is also fine as it is so light, that I can’t get any 😉
Now, that it contains collagen, you can be assured of having good results in the long term as it will work as a great anti – ageing product. Since I have oily skin, the amount of moisture it provides seems sufficient to me. I can’t comment on this note for very dry skinned gals. For me, it provides enough elasticity and moisture to make my skin soft and supple. But, the effect doesn’t last long, for me at least. I know this line from Etude House has been praised a lot but I personally didn’t notice much difference in my skin. May be because I am not following the full specified regime. But I am never so patient to follow all steps with any of the products. They have to either work on their own as my lazy bones want or they go!!
When I use both the freshener, followed by the Emulsion from the same range, the results are better, more on that later J
Little bit me kanjoos swatched …hehehe 😉

- Provides adequate moisture to the skin and hydrates well.
- Suits oily skin too, no breakouts.
- A little product goes a long way.
- Doesn’t do much to improve the quality and texture of skin.
- Feels a bit sticky on skin.
Overall Rating –
It is something I would not repurchase. It hasn’t worked for me the way I wanted. You can always give this facial freshener a try as this is a real popular range from Etude house and if it hasn’t worked for me, never means the same for you. Do try to get your hands on the sample trial kit and see how it performs for you.
And don’t forget to share your experience J
